Shands AGH closed on Nov. 1, 2009, and the majority of Shands AGH services, patients, staff and volunteers moved to Shands at the University of Florida. It has been a privilege to serve generations of residents for 80 years.

Please note: Emergency care is now provided at Shands Critical Care Center at the Shands Cancer Hospital at UF.

Outpatient surgery still will be provided at the Ayers Surgery Center.
