Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Institute (OSMI)
UF and Shands Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Institute is a 127,000 square foot, state-of-the-art, multidisciplinary facility engaged in teaching, research and clinical care of all patients with musculoskeletal conditions. Board-certified, fellowship-trained physicians specializing in every area of orthopaedics provide the spectrum of care ranging from the young child with a life-threatening bone cancer to the high-performance athlete with a career-ending injury to the senior citizen with a painful hip or knee.
OSMI provides comprehensive clinical services by delivering orthopaedic services, radiology, physical and occupational therapy and rehabilitation treatment all under one roof.
